In this Tracy Home Remodeling project we were able to give this home a much needed update. We added recessed lighting throughout the home as well as installed new chandeliers in Entrance and dining space and finished off the kitchen with beautiful pendant lighting over the peninsula. Opening up the kitchen, gave us the ability for a more of an open feel concept. We installed new cabinets and appliances and a very sleek quartz countertop and finished it off with matte black hardware and faucet. Engineered wood floors were added throughout the home. We were also able to update the beautiful fireplace with a matte black tile tying the whole space together. Both Bathrooms were updated with new tile, vanities and fixtures. This remodel was move in ready with very happy new home owners!
